NOTE: Before starting the install I have found an issue with Deepin, which is not an issue with iMac. The USB Stick should then be ready to boot on any system you wish to install Deepin Linux.

On my iMac I can install a 64-bit version of Deepin. NOTE: Some places on the Internet claim that you cannot install a 64-bit OS other than MacOS on a Mac. I usually use Ubuntu, but I have been hearing a lot about Deepin so I decided to try it on my iMac.

Ensure that the specified user has either root or sudo permission to access the target computer. If you are able to connect to the machine via its name, but not able to login using any credentials, ensure that the credentials are valid and you have provided the same credentials in the Agent settings in Desktop Central server. If you are able to connect only using IP address but not machine name, you will need to re-configure the DNS resolution in your network. By using the machine name in a Putty or SSH tool, ensure that you can remotely connect to the target computer from the server machine. This will enable SSH & SCP communication in Mac computers. To establish SSH & SCP communication in Mac computers, goto System Preferences -> Sharing, enable File Sharing and Remote Login.
